J Balvin reached a new global milestone with the #1 hit “Mi Gente” on Spotify which became the most Shazamed song worldwide. The video has reached over one billion views on Youtube. J Balvin is in Las Vegas, ahead of the Latin Grammy Awards scheduled on November 16th.

“We are thrilled to inaugurate the boutique with our dear friend, J Balvin. Las Vegas marks the 10th store location in the U.S. for TAG Heuer and we wanted to create a timepiece unique to the city to commemorate this moment,” says Kilian Muller, President and CEO of TAG Heuer North America. TAG Heuer also released two limited editions of the Carrera Calibre Heuer 01 in honor of the opening.

TAG Heuer unveiled a pair of Carrera Calibre Heuer 01 Las Vegas Limited Edition watches, which pay homage to The Strip by drawing inspiration from classic casino games. The watches bring the roulette table to life with the design of the dial, which alternates black, red and green sections along the outside of the perimeter. The alligator printed rubber and leather straps are black with red stitching as a nod to the card game blackjack.

While both timepieces are a special tribute to Las Vegas, only one model will feature a bezel with 64 black sparkling diamonds. TAG Heuer will produce nine of these special pieces, each numbered X “OF 7”, beginning with ‘0’ and ‘00’ and continuing through ‘7’ in keeping with the roulette table format. The watch with the ceramic bezel will be produced in a quantity of 77 with "LAS VEGAS LIMITED EDITION OF 77" engraved onto the case back. The number 7 is widely known as the one of the luckiest numbers in the gambling world.
